Over the last few weeks, in Maths, Willow Class have been learning about money. To consolidate and complete our learning they visited Miss Middleton’s and Miss Strachan’s very own shop. There were toys, books and food for sale and the children all had a pot of coins to pay with. They used their skills to recognise the coins that they needed to pay with. Some of the children even had to add coins together to make larger amounts. The children had so much fun, they didn’t even realise they were doing any learning!
