At Tudor Grange Primary Academy Meon Vale, we offer a curriculum that is broad and balanced and builds the knowledge and skills of our pupils as they progress through our school.

Our curriculum incorporates the statutory requirements of the National Curriculum and includes wider exciting experiences and opportunities. It meets the learning and developmental needs of our pupils, securing firm foundations in reading, writing and mathematics. Our curriculum is carefully sequenced and structured in a way which enables our pupils to build connections in their learning. We encourage our pupils to use retrieval skills to reflect on prior learning to support them in learning more and remembering more.

We are ambitious for all our pupils to flourish and excel in their learning from their individual starting points. We aim to develop our pupils as confident, articulate and empathetic citizens who have a guiding moral code which enables them to live happy and healthy lives and to contribute positively to society.

Our core values of kindness, compassion, responsibility and respect form strong foundations for our school community. We believe actions speak louder than words and so strive to embody our core values in our pupils’ lived experiences through our curriculum and wider opportunities to prepare them for their futures. Through our curriculum, we strive for betterment for each individual and celebrate the successes and achievements of all.
