Our Year 4 children took part in a workshop that was run by the ‘Loudmouth Education and Training through Theatre’ group to learn about safe contact with others.

Based on the NSPCC’s PANTS rule, the Safe Team taught the children about safe and unsafe secrets as well as body contact and discussed how to recognise the feelings that may occur when they feel unsafe. Following an interactive drama presentation, the children completed workshops with the team to discuss the issues raised, highlight who might be in their trusted network and explore how they may deal with different situations.
